I am sure most of you wonder how the hell you are going to get fit and start feeling awesome again after the summer we just had? Well the number one key to your fitness success are GOALS, writhing down what you want to achieve and most importantly when! I played rugby for St Mary’s and was lucky enough to work with sports physiologist and All Ireland winner Enda McNulty. Enda has worked with the biggest Irish sports stars.
